Fractional CFO CostHow these pages are put together
Who writes the pages, why no fee figure is printed, and how to report a sentence that is wrong.
How the pages are made
Pages on this site are researched from the practice's own work and Texas sources, drafted with software assistance, and reviewed under the practice's editorial standards. If you find an error, tell us and we will fix it.
Every page here starts from one question an owner asks while holding a quote. A writer who knows the work answers it in plain words. Tax rules, dates and thresholds come from public offices such as the IRS and the Social Security Administration, and a figure appears only when that office prints it. A rule that changes at its source gets rewritten here too.
Salary and fee examples are constructed with round numbers, and the page says they are made up where they appear. They describe a shape of cost, never what you will pay and never what another company paid.
Why no fee is printed here
Fractional CFO Cost does not publish a price list, a starting fee or a typical monthly amount. Our fee follows the work in your books, and it is written down with its scope before any paid work begins. Where a page would hold a number, it says that instead. If that ever changes, this page will say so first.
The site names no other firm and quotes no other firm's prices. The comparison worksheet is a blank you fill in with quotes you hold.
Who publishes the site
The site is published by the Steven Palmieri practice. Steven Palmieri works as a Tax CFO, the Entrepreneur's CFO, and Steven and his team do the work described here. The practice's own site is stevenpalmieri.com, and this site does not send you anywhere else as if it were the next page.
The work this practice does not price, including signed reports on statements, is set out once on the page about the work we don't price. The other pages leave that subject to it.
Pictures, clips and corrections
The photographs come from Pixabay under its content license. Printed figures in them are blurred or out of frame, so no price can be read from a picture. The drawings and the short clips were made for this site, and the credits page lists each photograph.
If a sentence here is wrong, tell us through the form on any page or the Ask Steven chat, and say which page. The page is corrected once the right wording is checked.
