Fractional CFO CostWhat we keep when you write to us
What the forms collect, what we use it for, and how to have it deleted.
Who keeps it
Services on this site are provided by Steven Palmieri, Dallas, Texas. This note is dated 24 October 2026, and a later change will replace that date.
The fields you fill in
Each form keeps what you type into it, which is your name, a phone number, your answer to that page's question and an email address if you give one. If you paste a line from a quote, we keep that line too. The YES box records that you asked to hear back. A hidden field traps automated junk and is never used to identify anyone.
The calendar on the booking page is a Microsoft Bookings page. It loads only when you tap the button that opens it, and nothing is booked until you choose a time there.
What the pages record by themselves
A visit may be logged with two random identifiers stored in your browser, one that lasts and one that ends when the tab closes, together with the page that sent you and any campaign tags in the link. That log stays with us and shows which pages help people. A browser that sends Do Not Track is not logged.
No advertising pixel and no outside analytics run on these pages. The service that delivers them keeps routine request logs for security, and a Cloudflare check on the forms screens out automated submissions.
How long it stays
We use a note to answer it, to start the call you asked for and to begin the work if you engage us. We do not sell personal information or share it for someone else's advertising, and no automated system makes decisions about you.
A note stays while we answer it and longer only when an engagement and its records need it. Ask through any form or the chat and we will tell you what we hold, correct it or delete it.
