Who these terms are with

Services on this site are provided by Steven Palmieri, Dallas, Texas. By using the site you accept this page, and the disclosures are part of it. The date is 24 October 2026.

What the pages are for

These pages are general reading about how fractional CFO work is priced. They are not advice about your company, and reading them does not make you a client. Tax rules shift and apply differently to different facts, so confirm anything that would change a return before acting on it.

The free first look is a conversation about the quote or the need you bring. It creates no engagement and no obligation on either side. Paid work begins only when both sides sign a letter that sets out the scope and the fee.

The letter, the fee and your records

The signed letter fixes the scope, and the fee follows it. Anything outside that scope is priced and agreed before anyone starts it. Either side may end the engagement in writing, fees earned up to that day stay due, and your records are returned to you.

The work can only be as sound as the records it rests on. Your records, accounts and decisions remain yours, and when something does not reconcile we tell you rather than guess.

The words, drawings and clips here belong to the practice that publishes them. You may read, print and quote them with credit, but you may not republish the site or use it to train a product without written permission. The site is provided as it is, and nothing here limits a liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

Texas law governs these terms. A dispute belongs in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
